Help & FAQs

How is shipping and delivery arranged?

Shipping and delivery arrangements depend on the piece you select.

Smaller objects may be shipped directly to your address. Fine art, original works, and larger artisan pieces may require specialized handling, gallery pickup, or coordinated delivery.

For items available for direct online purchase, shipping options and applicable costs are presented at checkout. Fine art and larger artisan pieces requiring specialized handling, gallery pickup, or coordinated delivery are arranged individually.

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel confident in every acquisition from The Wild Luxe Gallery.

Return eligibility depends on the nature of the item, including whether it is an in-stock object, an original artwork, or a custom-made or commissioned piece.

Please review our Returns page for the applicable terms before purchasing. If you have questions about a particular piece, we welcome a conversation before you make your selection.

How do I acquire fine art from the gallery?

The Wild Luxe Gallery offers fine art by Gary Crandall of Gray Crane Studios and David W. Jackson Studios.

Through our Collector's Desk, you can explore available works, sizes, mediums, framing options, and estimated investments at your own pace.

Some works are available for direct online purchase, while others involve a personal consultation to finalize presentation, availability, delivery, and acquisition details.

Whether you are beginning a collection or adding to one, we welcome you to explore online or visit us in the gallery.
