Every piece offered by The Wild Luxe Gallery has its own considerations for packing, handling, and delivery. Our shipping approach reflects that, with the goal of getting your purchase to you safely while keeping costs clear and reasonable.

Everyday Objects & Home Goods
In-stock home goods, sporting goods, signature scents, and considered essentials are prepared and shipped from The Wild Luxe Gallery. Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the items in your order.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Fine Art Photography
Fine art photography by Gray Crane Studios is prepared and shipped directly from the artist's studio in Livingston, Montana.

Shipping is based on the size, medium, and presentation of the selected artwork. For pieces purchased through our consultation process, estimated shipping is included as part of the acquisition details before your order is finalized.

David W. Jackson Studios
Available original oil paintings may be purchased directly online and shipped using the rate shown at checkout.

Giclée reproductions are created to order, with production typically requiring approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment. Because size, presentation, and framing choices can affect delivery, shipping details are confirmed as part of the acquisition process.

Bronze works are currently available for gallery pickup or arranged regional delivery rather than standard shipping.

Gallery Pickup
Selected pieces are designated Gallery Pickup Only because of their size, weight, fragility, or one-of-a-kind nature. This will be identified on the product page before purchase.

Local pickup is also available for eligible purchases.

When your order is ready, we will let you know when it can be collected from The Wild Luxe Gallery during regular gallery hours.

Timing
In-stock merchandise is prepared for shipment as promptly as possible. Made-to-order and artist-fulfilled work may require additional production or preparation time. When a piece has a specific lead time, we will communicate that as part of the product or acquisition experience.

Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a package or piece arrives damaged, retain the item and all original packaging and contact The Wild Luxe Gallery as soon as possible so we can help document the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Questions About Delivery?
Some of the objects we represent do not fit neatly into a standard shipping box. If you have questions about delivery before purchasing, please contact the gallery. We are happy to help.
